In a boutique firm like Wimsical Solutions LLC, clients are not and will never be numbers. 

Wimsical Solutions LLC is the brainchild of Wim De Groof and the result of his life-long learning journey on how social compliance and company performance can grow together.

Wim is passionate about ESG, CSR, EU CSRD reporting, Industrial Relations, Labor standards, and Human Resource Management. His 25+ years of international work and life experience are driven by a strong belief in ownership, empowerment, and creativity.

During his career, Wim managed large scale and complex programs; designed and delivered curriculum on a broad spectrum of corporate responsibility topics; worked both as a consultant and as a staff member for international organizations; and managed in Southeast Asia the social compliance team for Primark®, an Irish fast fashion retailors and subsidiary of Associated British Food.

He developed and managed projects on Human Rights Due Diligence, Grievance Mechanisms, Gender Based Violence, worker – management communication and various Industrial Relations topics including work on Freedom of Association, Collective Bargaining, Forced Labor, Child Labor and OSH.

Wim has US and Belgian citizenship, traveled, and worked in most continents, speaks multiple languages, and considers the world his home,

As an amateur chocolate maker, SAG-AFTRA screen actor, certified Lego Serious Play® trainer and Social Auditor (SA8000), he combines his passion for change with practical and straightforward (and whimsical) solutions.
